Henkel employs around 47,000 people worldwide, more than 80 percent of whom work outside of Germany. As a recognized leader in sustainability, Henkel holds top positions in many international ratings and rankings.

In the fiscal year 2025, the company reported sales of about 20.5 billion euros and an operating profit of around 3.0 billion euros ‏(adjusted for one-time gains/charges and restructuring charges).

Henkel in the UK & Ireland

Henkel employs approximately 860 employees in the UK & Ireland across six sites, which include manufacturing, R&D and office facilities. The headquarters is in Hemel Hempstead and two Technology Centres of Excellence are located in Hemel Hempstead ‏(UK) and Tallaght ‏(Ireland).

Henkel’s brands and technologies are used in many different applications and industries. Henkel is the name behind many well-known brands such as Loctite, Pritt, Sellotape, UniBond, Schwarzkopf, LIVE, got2be, Bloo, Colour Catcher, Dylon Dyes and Jeyes.
