Henkel’s Commitment to DEI Strategy

The Disability:In Disability Index® is an independent, leading, third-party benchmarking tool for disability inclusion programs and policies in business. The Index allows organisations like Henkel to better understand what they are doing well in terms of disability inclusion, as well as to identify potential gaps. The recommendations the Index provides assists Henkel in their longer-term overarching DEI strategy plan, especially when it comes to disability inclusion.

Henkel UK Increases Disability: In Index Score

Henkel UK’s involvement in the Index for the second year in a row showcases an ongoing commitment to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued and empowered. Henkel UK has built on the recommendations received in 2024 and have increased their score for 2025 as a result; being awarded a prestigious ‘Best Place to Work for Disability Inclusion’ accreditation.
