About this position

What you´ll do

  • Do pallet analysis, approve artworks, and handle SAP transactions for packaging materials and BOM maintenance -
    Ensure data quality
  • Support to Global Packaging Management team on the implementation of packaging
    technical data
  • Acts as point of contact for internal/external enquiries by phone or mail, iniciates action (answer, sort, etc.) and assesses issue urgency
  • Support to new product launches for standard and promotional articles
  • Creation of manufacture and assembly instructions of Promotional articles
  • Solve practical problems in a fast-paced environment
  • Executes tasks relating administrative support in line with existing polices and guidelines
  • Artworks approval
  • Support to Promotional material portfolio optimization
  • Support to Packaging Regulatory changes implementation

What makes you a good fit

  • Ability to do a 12 months internship (8/6h day)
  • Place of work: Barcelona (Poblenou)
  • Business Administration or Engineering student with an interest in operations and area of packaging
  • Good level of English and Spanish
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Packaging knowledge is advantage
  • Experience with SAP is advantage
  • Excellent communication, attention to detail, and ability to work across departments are essential
