Planning & Inventory Management:
oForecast demand and set replenishment plans
oManage inventory control and warehouse/order fulfilment
oOwn budget performance with a focus on OSMI and waste reduction
Sourcing & Procurement:
oCollaborate with buyers and negotiate supplier contracts
oEnsure product availability and supplier performance
Logistics Operations:
oOversee inbound/outbound shipments, transportation, and storage
oEnsure compliance with hazardous goods regulations
Performance & Continuous Improvement:
oTrack KPIs, analyse budgets, and identify inefficiencies
oDrive process improvements and cost optimization
oPartner with SHE teams to maintain a zero-incident safety culture
oPromote S-Q-D-I-C principles (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, Cost)
Team Leadership:
oRecruit, train, and mentor logistics, facilities, and warehouse team
oAlign resources with business growth
oFoster strong cross-functional communication
