Henkel в поисках Recruitment Partner, который сыграет ключевую роль в запуске нового производственного предприятия. Позиция предполагает ответственность за полный цикл массового подбора и обеспечение своевременного найма сотрудников для всех функций завода.
Что вы будете делать
- Организация и ведение полного цикла массового подбора (end‑to‑end)
- Реализация плана найма и закрытие большого объёма вакансий в сжатые сроки
- Проведение первичных интервью, оценка кандидатов и формирование short-list
- Активный поиск кандидатов через различные каналы (сайты поиска работы, соцсети, агентства, ярмарки вакансий)
- Формирование и управление воронкой кандидатов для обеспечения бесперебойного найма
- Взаимодействие с внешними рекрутинговыми агентствами, контроль качества кандидатов
- Организация мероприятий по привлечению кандидатов
- Обеспечение позитивного candidate experience и коммуникации с кандидатами
- Взаимодействие с HR и бизнесом для согласования потребностей и планирования найма
- Запуск и развитие программы рекомендаций сотрудников
- Оптимизация процессов подбора для повышения скорости и качества найма

- Опыт в рекрутинге (желательно массовый подбор / запуск проектов)
- Опыт работы с различными каналами поиска кандидатов
