About this Position

What you´ll do

  • Analyze emerging digital technologies and AI trends, evaluate their relevance for R&D and propose potential use cases, including ethical AI and MLOps
  • Assist in developing data dashboards and visualization tools by processing large R&D datasets and presenting insights in a user-friendly format
  • Collaborate with R&D, IT and digital teams to implement digital initiatives and support communication across stakeholders
  • Contribute to digital strategy discussions and support the adoption of new tools by gathering feedback and aligning with users
  • Assist in planning, organizing and delivering AI training programs, including workshops, tutorials and learning materials
  • Create user-friendly educational content, step-by-step guides and interactive exercises for AI upskilling initiatives
  • Guide participants, answer questions, collect feedback and promote continuous learning and adoption of AI tools and workflows

What makes you a good fit

  • Student who is currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in data science, engineering, or a related technical field, with a strong academic record
  • Previous experience in data science, AI projects, or digital/IT initiatives, e.g. internships, university projects, portfolio is a plus
  • Fluent English language skills, German is a plus
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, e.g. supervised/unsupervised learning, deep learning, NLP and familiarity with data visualization and BI tools, ideally Power BI
  • Experience with generative AI or automation projects and ability to work with large datasets to derive insights is a plus
  • Proactive, creative, and structured team player with strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex topics clearly to non-experts
  • Availability as of July 2026 for a duration of six months

We offer you an attractive salary between €1.050-2.270 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
