About this Position

What you´ll do 

  • Keeping contact with the marketing and sales department 
  • Keeping contact with external and internal data providers 
  • Preparing market analysis diagrams and charts in Excel 
  • Updating and maintaining complex reports 
  • Handling large excel databases 
  • Updating and maintaining complex reports 
  • Actively using Pivot tables and formulas 
  • Supporting in the preparation of ad-hoc analytical requests Handling special sales data software 
  • Supporting daily category management activities - store placement planning for the Consumer Brands portfolio 
  • Involvement in the beauty care and laundry&home care category portfolio development 
  • Daily support in category management deck preparation 
  • Supporting the creation of data-driven category management presentations for strategic business decisions 
  • Involvement in market & shopper research 

What makes you a good fit 

  • Outstanding knowledge and usage of Microsoft Excel (formulas, Pivot, diagrams), knowledge of Power 
  • At least 1-1,5 year active enrollment to higher education program (Business Informatics / Economics preferred) 
  • Confident communication in both English and Hungarian 
  • Query/Power Pivot is an advantage 
  • Analytical mindset 
  • High attention to detail 
  • Reliable, independent working (not demotivated by the monotony of some tasks) 
  • Open, can-do attitude, proactive personality 
  • Good problem solving and communication skills 
  • Expected working hours: 25-30 hours per week, in Budapest
