您的主要工作内容
- 生产流程的设计与优化，确保各个环节的高效衔接。通过合理配置生产资源，提升生产效率，降低生产成本
- 建立和完善本部门质量管理体系，保证生产过程中的质量。定期组织质量检查，分析质量问题，制定改进措施，确保产品质量的稳定性和一致性
- 负责部门团队的管理和优化，制定团队目标，激励员工积极性。定期组织培训，提高员工的专业技能和团队协作能力，确保团队的高效运作
- 配合设备部完成本部门设备的管理与维护，确保设备的正常运转。定期进行设备检查与保养，及时处理设备故障，减少生产停滞时间。
- 制定本部门生产预算，控制生产成本，确保在预算范围内完成生产任务。配合项目组提供成本分析数据，寻找降低成本的有效途径，提高经济效益。
- 主导建立本部门安全生产管理流程，定期组织安全培训，确保生产过程中的安全隐患得到有效控制。及时处理安全事故，确保员工的生命安全和身体健康。
职位要求
- 30-45岁，大专以上全日制学历，化工、食品、制药工程等相关专业优先。
- 5年以上大型化妆品、药品企业搅拌车间生产一线经理经验。
- 熟练掌握化妆品生产的相关流程和规范要求。
- 拥有管理团队30人以上工作经验。
- 熟悉GMPC管理、掌握精益生产工具。
- 熟悉化妆品生产的工艺，较强的质量、安全问题分析和处理能力。
- 熟悉工厂的生产流程，拥有丰富的生产管理、成本控制、质量管理、物料管控方面的经验。
- 具备较强的现场管理与协调能力。
