- To significantly accelerate market share (customer base) & brand footprint through both retention of existing and acquisition of new clients aligned to Schwarzkopf Professional, Authentic Beauty Concept, STMNT Grooming & SalonLab&Me brand values
- Significantly develop Key City brand footprints in the South of England with a major focus on London
- Establish key client relations with leading customers in the direct channel
- Drive value add sales approach through strong cross functional collaboration
- Accelerate NPI distribution to drive value per door (SOW)
- Strong negotiation of commercial agreements
- Strong collaboration with Head of Direct Sales & Leadership team
