About this Position
Join Henkel’s marketing team and contribute to brand strategy and product development initiatives. Gain hands-on experience in brand management, consumer insights, and ATL/BTL activation
What you´ll do
- Support the daily processes and operations of the assigned Henkel team in compliance with internal guidelines and regulations.
- Assist in developing and implementing brand strategies and marketing plans.
- Maintain and strengthen brand equity through ATL and BTL marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external agencies on product development activities.
- Analyze marketing campaign performance and monitor consumer responses to identify improvement opportunities.
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field , graduating class of 2026.
- Demonstrate a strong interest in brand management and marketing.
- Possess good analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Communicate effectively and collaborate well with cross-functional teams.
