What you´ll do
- Gestionar y dar seguimiento a quejas de desempeño de producto, incluyendo análisis de causa raíz y planes de acción correctiva.
- Realizar pruebas técnicas para clientes y documentar resultados en Salesforce/SharePoint.
- Asegurar la calibración, seguridad y correcto funcionamiento del equipo de laboratorio.
- Desarrollar y estandarizar métodos de prueba.
- Liderar solicitudes técnicas y proyectos con clientes internos y externos.
- Actuar como enlace técnico con Ventas, KAMs, equipos de proyecto y clientes.
- Realizar demostraciones de laboratorio y aplicaciones para clientes.
- Administrar inventarios químicos, equipos, métodos de prueba y actividades de laboratorio.
- Participar en capacitaciones técnicas para equipos comerciales y de marketing.
- Apoyar iniciativas de mejora continua, auditorías de laboratorio, 5S y MOC.
