“Powering Your Digital Experiences“: This was the motto of the 6th CoreMedia Connect, organized by the Content Management System provider CoreMedia on November 19 in Hamburg. Among the topics discussed at the conference were current and future trends in Content Marketing and E-Commerce. Henkel’s new corporate website was awarded with the “CoreMedia Innovation Award.”
“The intuitive navigation and personalized content offer customers just the information they are looking for. Henkel’s user-centric approach has been exemplarily implemented,” summarized the jury. The new concept was not only applied when relaunching the German and international corporate website, but also to 22 local country websites up until today.
“We are able to identify our target groups and offer them relevant content on a higher level. Furthermore, we introduced a kind of ‘shopping cart system’ which enables our users to collect interesting content elements as well as to download and share them with others,” explained Martin Schönfeld, Digital Communications at Henkel. “We are proud that our user-centric website concept convinced the jury and was awarded with the CoreMedia Innovation Award,” added his colleague Christina Kühr.
