YOUR ROLE
  • Support the Marketing Manager in creation and implementation of annual strategic plans for Right Guard in the UK

  • Plan and launch new initiatives for Right Guard based on international NPD developments by the SBU or by initiating local UK developments.

  • Develop and execute best practice marketing activation that deliver brand objectives.

  • Work closely with agency partners (media, PR, creative), to brief and manage ATL and BTL campaigns

  • Work with digital team to activate Right Guard assets, ensuring the brand is at the forefront of digital opportunities (e-commerce, brand websites and social media as relevant)

  • Develop a deep understanding of the Bodycare markets through rigorous analysis of market data, competitor activity, media expenditure and consumer/shopper insights; identifying emerging trends and commercial opportunities and reporting back to the business in relevant meetings

  • Work closely with the Sales and Category team to agree, develop and execute key launches and sales promotional activity

  • Continuously review the sales forecast for Right Guard and take corrective action to ensure annual targets are met

  • Adapt and develop artworks according to the UK & IRE needs and lead them through the Henkel internal artwork process

  • Manage the brand marketing budget, ensuring compliance and no overspend including raising and managing Purchase Orders

  • Monitor consumer feedback on a monthly basis from Consumer Advisory and take necessary actions

                     

YOUR SKILLS

  • Degree educated, or equivalent, ideally within Business or Marketing

  • Computer literate and confident with the MS Office suite and other computer systems
  • An in-depth knowledge of marketing with at least three years experience, preferably in FMCG  
  • Proactive work ethic
  • Passion for innovation and brands
  • Good attention to detail
