YOUR ROLE



  • Analysing and following up outstanding customer, affiliate and stock replenishment orders, and communicating to Front Office, IC agents, and Supply Planners of any changes resulting in delays to orders.

  • Covering for Escalation Manager when required and providing ongoing support to the escalation management process

  • Applying out of stocks rules to incoming sales orders & purchase orders to maximize service level potential.

  • Resolving any short-term stock issues causing deviation from inventory & service level targets.

  • Coordinating of urgent internal rush order requirements in accordance with the 4 eyes validation rule.

  • Monitoring of automated delivery creation process for timely transmission to the Transport Planning Team

  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Working proactively to ensure all local SHE objectives are achieved, whilst working in compliance with SHE regulations.

  • Monitoring phase out processes

  • Running the out of stock reports

  • Assigning customer IDH to be focused on



YOUR SKILLS


  • A customer focused attitude with excellent communication skills

  • The desire to progress into an Escalation Management role

  • An understanding of logistics and stock allocation

  • Previous experience within a customer service, supply chain or a logistics role


·Excellent problem solving and good influencing skills


·Good organisation and time management skills
