  • Working with local and international HR teams to ensure correct payroll and HR operations processes are followed for UK/IE
  • Assisting in building HR data analytics and providing accurate monthly reporting systems
  • Supporting the resolution of general payroll issues/queries from employees.
  • Liaising with 3rd party Payroll and Benefits providers
  • Understanding and supporting the monthly and weekly compensation and benefits systems and processes for UK & Ireland
  • Playing a key role in HR projects involving the HR Portal page development, GDPR and other corporate and legislative initiatives
  • Increasing digital learning and learning about HR Digital strategy
  • Looking at current HR processes and supporting with process improvements
  • Providing support for our HR Business Partners with the opportunity to understand further about their roles and responsibilities
  • Learning about our Recruitment strategy and processes


  • CIPD qualified or hold an academic degree in Human Resources Management 

  • Strong IT skills; excellent knowledge of MS Office tools especially Excel

  • SAP knowledge is an advantage

  • Exceptional attention to detail, excellent organisation and administration skills

  • Good analytical skills and time management

  • Team player with excellent communication skills

  • Available for a minimum of 12 months from July 2019
