YOUR ROLE


An exciting opportunity has arisen for you to join as an Executive Assistant supporting the GM and Senior Management team.




  • Supporting the GM in all day to day duties, room bookings, flight and hotel booking, internal and external meetings and arranging Video Conferences
  • Completing expenses for the General Manager and Leadership Team
  • Working alongside the General Manager and Facilities Manager to facilitate office changes
  • Processing all invoices and managing this through to payment
  • Creating the agenda and producing the minutes template for monthly team meetings
  • Assisting the Leadership Team in all aspects of Country Visits, to include arranging Video Conferences, preparing agenda, and setting up meeting rooms
  • Supporting the Leadership Team with bookings of hotels, flights, room bookings internal and external meetings and Video Conferences
  • Booking restaurants reservations and arranging catering
  • Organising the onboarding process for all LHC new employees, liaising with HR, IT and General Management throughout the process.
  • Organising full induction diaries ready for their arrival and continuing to support once arrived; preparation of induction welcome pack and products
  • Supporting the organising of larger events such as conferences, training, and Christmas events
  • Providing marketing support as required



YOUR SKILLS


  • Previous EA experience with the ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • A proven track record of excellence in an administration or executive support role
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Discreet, trustworthy and confidential
  • Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Good planning, organisation and people skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
