Manage a portfolio of customers, to deliver against all financial KPIs as set by the business

Develop major customers through deep customer knowledge and the creation of cross functional growth plans, aligned to the UK marketing plan

Use your strong digital capabilities to optimise e-Com & SoMe plans, to find new sources of NES via digital channels

Full P&L management, with a key focus of NES, L6b & GP1% metrics

Closely collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain & Education teams to create joint value for Henkel & the customer

Be a champion for your accounts within the business, & build networks at all levels within the customer base

Generate educational opportunities within the major accounts, to educate & inspire customer teams (Indola & Schwarzkopf)

Use your analytical skills to derive insights from all data sources, and make business proposals to the Head of Wholesales & wider UK management team

Be responsible for financial & volume forecasting for the customer base

Balance short-term and long-term requirements whilst collaborating with diverse teams to control and grow business


Minimum 5 years’ experience within account management and sales

Self-motivated Account Manager with a proven track record of success

Strong P&L literacy

Excellent negotiation, presentation & communication skills

Strong Digital skills (including MS Office)

Good communicator at all levels of business

Takes ownership & is solution oriented

Ability to work cross functionally to achieve desired objectives

Positive and solution focused approach to a dynamic business environment

Business analysis & management skills

Degree level (or equivalent) qualification preferred
