YOUR ROLE
- You will work closely with the Brand and Sales teams and will define and run the programme of customer activation plans and be instrumental in advancing our performance
- Implement strong trade marketing plans with strategic retailers across all channels, in line with brand and business objectives for key categories and product ranges, including supporting key NPD launches
- Leadership of the field merchandising strategy with tracking of performance and ROI metrics.
- Have full ownership of the trade marketing budget
- Creation and delivery of marketing materials & content, particularly producing effective point of sale material to drive brand/category/product awareness
- To be the team expert on retailer activation guidelines/requirements for key customer POS / secondary siting, best-practices and developments
- Analyse market dynamics, trends and track competitor’ activity (e.g. NPD, promos, marketing activities including digital / social media). Make interpretations and form recommendations to feed into future plans
- Supporting our ambitious growth agenda across all of eCommerce, incl. working closely with key brick & click retailers and building expertise in this area to internally champion our digital marketing shopper strategy
- Ensure best practice sharing within the business of Trade Marketing initiatives from across channels/countries/business units/companies
- Be an active member of cross-functional NRM (Net Revenue Management) team
- Management and development of a direct report
