YOUR ROLE
- To lead, maintain and develop a high performing team to reflect Henkel values, Manifesto & Commitments
- Create/Develop and begin to implement a 5-year E-Comm Vision & Strategy for the UK & support the same work in Germany, that builds on existing customers but also identifies New Business which you will own
- Assisting in upskilling the sales & marketing teams in ecommerce
- Delivering against KP & IP net sales & profitability targets
- Becoming an ‘expert’ of the account & the categories in which we operate
- Identifying new opportunities to drive NES in digital channels, and gaining alignment to realise them
- Leading and guiding all accounts within online media, content, merchandising and assortment strategy to achieve ‘Shelf Excellence’
