Digital Content Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for you to join as the Digital Content Manager to lead the production, management and measurement of digital content across numerous brands and platforms. Reporting into the Head of Digital in the newly formed Digital team you will be responsible for the digital content for brands such as LIVE, got2b and Right Guard.

The key challenges will include:

  • Working with the Global Business Units, Local Brand and Community Managers and our ecommerce team and digital agencies, to develop a content strategy which supports business goals and provides content for all stages of the consumer journey (Inspire, Inform, Convert, Advocate)

  • In collaboration with Brand Managers, create Look books, tone of voice guidelines and content pillars for brands

  • Ensure our brands stay relevant, authentic and engaging by creating content calendars which align with SBU, Brand Manager and ecommerce goals.

  • Create content for use in campaigns

  • Brief designers on more complex work, ensuring assets remain on brand, fit for purpose and that all original artwork is stored and able to be reused to improve efficiency and ROI

  • Manage GB owned content updates for websites, whilst developing benchmarks for content performance to ensure we are consistently improving our performance and engagement

  • Work with e-community team to ensure Social content is posted on-time and on-strategy on all relevant platforms and is adequately monitored and responded to by our Community Team

  • Stay up to date with digital innovations and maintain a clear view of what is relevant and what is not relevant for driving Henkel’s brands

Who we are looking for

  • Degree educated, or equivalent, ideally within Business or Communications

  • Highly competent in the use of design tools such as photoshop and content management systems

  • Expertise in e-commerce, community management, communications development and strategic marketing

  • Prior experience working in UK FMCG markets ideally in Beauty or Personal care

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to establish relevant KPIs and commercial goals
