Customer Service Front Office Agent - Temporary Contract

Fixed Term Contract - 6-9 Months 

What we offer

    • Act as the first point of contact for all customer service requests & responding customer calls and email regarding order inquiry
    • Processing orders including order entry, expediting orders, change orders, returns, monitoring order status and resolving discrepancies
    • Proactively manage & support of End-to-End business processes
    • Control of consignment stocks & third party direct deliveries
    • Active and regular communication with other departments, supporting Finance Team & Sales in Cash Collection and Bad debt activities
    • Timely recording of customer complaints in SAP
    • Ensure optimal phase in phase out activity in alignment with Engineering & Launch Support
    • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and working proactively to ensure all local SHE objectives are achieved

Who we are looking for

  • Previous relevant experience, preferably FMCG company

  • Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage

  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills

  • Customer focused & problem solving orientated

  • Ability to work on own initiative, be proactive and self-directing

  • Ability to plan, prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced team environment

  • Driven and Results orientated
